Clubhouse
The Lushmeadows Clubhouse is the meeting place for many Association functions. There are 2 bathrooms and a kitchen that can support large group activities, such as wedding receptions or meetings. Members may check out books at the small library corner and bingo is available. The clubhouse is wheelchair accessible. The clubhouse is also available to members for rental for $50 day with a $50 refundable cleaning deposit. The entrance gate key to the Clubhouse/Mallard Lake property is available for members. There is a $25 lossed key replacement fee.
The Clubhouse was built by the original developer of Lushmeadows Mountain Estates, Decker Enterprises in 1962. It was a one room building with a fireplace and 2 bathrooms. The last remodeling was completed in March 1994.
The Clubhouse is conveniently located near the entrance to Lushmeadows, next to the store and gas station. Look for the beautiful daffodils blooming in the spring! Mallard Lake is directly behind the Clubhouse.
