Clubhouse Rental Application

Liability insurance is required to reserve and use the clubhouse. Be sure that your application has been approved prior to obtaining insurance.

Proof of insurance is due two weeks prior to event date.

Please consider the cost of day-event insurance in your decision to reserve the clubhouse.

Guidelines for obtaining insurance -- 
You can use eventinsure.com or onedayevent.com or any other online insurance program that would cover your one day event for General Liability and additional coverages, depending on the type of special event.  Please provide us with the following:

• Certificate of Insurance, including an Additional Insured and a Waiver of Subrogation endorsement. NOTE, THE ENDORSEMENTS ARE DOCUMENTS ADDED TO THE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, AND MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COST. YOU MUST REQUEST THEM ALONG WITH THE CERTIFICATE.

• The policy should cover the dates of set up and clean up. 

• Minimum Liability limits:  $1M Each Occurrence/$2M Aggregate
